GRUPO AMBER is responsible for collecting, using and protecting your personal data, derived from the contractual process with customers and suppliers so it is committed that this data will be treated under the strictest security measures to ensure confidentiality. Among the data that could be requested are the following: name, address, RFC, email, landline and cell phone, age, proof of address, personal references, email, social networking information, among others.

The main purpose of your personal data in our possession is for communication, identification, location and contact with the owner, the proper performance of operations and provision of services, satisfaction surveys, information and assistance services, as well as for the conclusion of contracts and other acts that the responsible can perform according to the law and its bylaws; billing and commercial collection, advertising, marketing, care and promotion of our services.
